Local Clients and E-mail
Look over our Latest News web page for our current lead-time and other important info about doing work for you. If that can still work for your needs, just click on the mailbox above and it will launch your e-mail program with our e-mail addy in place and even a subject line that you can alter to suit your needs. Write us an e-mail with your contact info and a description of the work needed, along with any digital photos you may have.

We normally check our e-mail least twice a day, in the morning and at night. If we have received your e-mail we will respond to you with a personalized confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. We may need to workout the quote on-line in most cases. If we have not responded shortly after, call to make sure we got your message, or write us again with a different subject line (there's always the chance it may not have got through our spam filtering) On-line estimate may take a few e-mails back and forth with diagrams and digital photos.

Non-locals
For non-local custom sheet metal fabrication parts orders see our other web site: http://copper-by-design.com We will need to hammer out the details through e-mail, but we are good about responding quickly to every non-spam e-mail within 24 hours or less, so this should go relatively quickly. Calls
If this will not wait, you can call our mobile phone at: (503) 351-7082. They both will rings our mobile phone. We can usually talk to you right then, but we are a hands-on contractor, so we may need to call you back when we are in a better place and time to talk (ie: down off the ladder or pulled off to the side of the road), so please give us your contact name and phone number, so we can call you back at a better time to talk. Payments and Wait Time
Again, you should read over our Latest News web page to see what our current schedule is for local work. For those of you not local to us, the custom copper fabrication we can do in the shop in the evenings. Once we have the details worked out and we have received your payment, the wait time to get to those projects is usually less than a week. Most clients simply pay us by sending a personal check through the mail. We have a link to PayPal on our Copper-By-Design web site if you need to use a credit card for payment (see link below). Our standard deposit for local gutter work is 1/3 to 1/2 down to schedule it in.

Non-local work: We will only begin work with receipt of your full payment, unless other arrangements are made. For non-local work over $1,000 we will accept a half down deposit to get things started and the rest on completion, so we can ship it off to you. For non-local orders we provide digital photos of the progress for your approval, and we will need final payment before shipping.
